I have cognitive issues. I was placed with Amber. She was exceptionally friendly and took her time to explain things in a way I could easily understand. She even let me know if she was expecting a call from another client, so I didn't wonder why she wasn't responding. Especially thankful for this. Since another agency wasted my time for weeks. Amber researched multiple companies to find the best fit. She was very patient with me and within a day I had my policy.
